چالش‌های مدیریت شهری با تاکید بر حمل ونقل عمومی (نمونه: منطقه 7 شهر کرج)

چکیده

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی چالش‌های عمده مدیریت شهری در حمل و نقل شهری منطقه هفت شهر کرج به نگارش درآمده است. پژوهش حاضر بر حسب هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی می باشد. روش جمع آوری داده ها به صورت پیمایشی با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه با نظرخواهی از دوگروه شهروندان و خبرگان بوده است. جامعه نمونه تحقیق در گروه شهروندان به تعداد 383 نفر و خبرگان به تعداد 15 نفر بوده که روش نمونه گیری برای گروه شهروندان به صورت تصادفی و برای گروه خبرگان به صورت هدفمند بوده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز از نرم افزار SPSS و فرایند تحلیل شبکه استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که تمامی شاخص‌های به کار رفته در تحقیق، از سطح معناداری بالای ۹۹٪ برخوردار بوده‌اند. بر اساس آزمون T، شاخص‌‌خدمات با میانگین 62/3 دارای بیش‌ترین میانگین رتبه‌ای بوده است. ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن نیز نشان داد که بین شاخص‌های پنجگانه و میزان تحصیلات و درآمد افراد در سطح 99 درصد رابطۀ معنادار مشاهده می‌شود. در نهایت، برپایۀ اولویت‌بندی فرایند تحلیل شبکه، چالش "سیاست مدیریت شهری" با بالاترین امتیاز (357/0A: ) به عنوان اولویت اول و در واقع اصلی ترین چالش مدیریت شهری کرج در حمل و نقل عمومی مشخص شد.

Abstract
The present study has been written with the aim of investigating the major challenges of urban management in urban transportation in the seventh district of Karaj. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method. The data collection method was a survey using a questionnaire technique with a survey of citizens and experts. The sample population of the study was 383 people in the group of citizens and 15 people in the group of experts. The sampling method was random for the group of citizens and purposeful for the group of experts. SPSS software and network analysis process were used to analyze the data. The results show that all indicators used in the study had a significance level of over 99%. According to the T test, the service index with an average of 3.62 had the highest average rank. Spearman correlation coefficient also showed that there is a significant relationship between the five indicators and the level of education and income of individuals at the level of 99%. Finally, based on the prioritization of the network analysis process, the challenge of "urban management policy" with the highest score (A: 0.357:) was identified as the first priority and in fact the main challenge of Karaj urban management in public transportation
