تحلیل موانع اقتصادی مشارکت زنان در فرایند توسعه روستایی (مورد مطالعه: روستاهای شهرستان همدان)

چکیده

بر اساس واکاوی ادبیات توسعه ، از دهه 1980رویکرد توسعه برمبنای مشارکت مردم ،خصوصا مشارکت زنان در بسیاری ازکشورهای توسعه یافته مورد توجه قرار گرفت بر همین اساس توانمند سازی و ظرفیت سازی مشارکت زنان در کانون توجهات امور مربوط به توسعه به ویژه توسعه روستایی قرار گرفت. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به منظور بررسی موانع اقتصادی مشارکت زنان درفرایند توسعه سکونتگاههای روستایی شهرستان همدان انجام شده است. عمده ترین موانع اقتصادی مشارکت زنان روستایی در فرایند توسعه در ناحیه مورد مطالعه ، شامل نادیده انگاشتن آنان در سیاستگذاریها و برنامه ریزیها،فقدان آموزشهای لازم درراستای توانا سازی اجتماعی و اقتصادی زنان ،نبود تشکلها و تعاونیهای تولیدزنان روستایی می باشد .جامعه آماری در این تحقیق 50 روستا از 107 روستای شهرستان همدان است. درمرحله اول تعداد 50پرسشنامه درسطح معتمدین روستایی تکمیل شد، درمرحله دوم تعداد 382پرسشنامه در سطح خانوارهای روستایی تکمیل گردید. سپس از مجموعه ایی از روشهای توصیفی – تحلیلی،آزمون همبستگی ورگرسیون چند متغیره برای نشان دادن روابط متغیرها استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد علیرغم مشارکت زنان در انجام فعالیتهای متنوع کشاورزی و غیر کشاورزی ،آنان دسترسی اندکی به ابزار و نهاده های تولید، وام واعتبارات بانکی دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان دادکه بین شاخصهای محیطی اکولوژیک،شاخصهای اجتماعی– فرهنگی،شاخصهای اقتصادی وشاخصهای کالبدی زیرساختی ومیزان مشارکت زنان ودر نتیجه توسعه روستایی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد.

Based on development literature, ,development approach were taken into account based on participation of the people, especially the participation of women in many developed countries since 1980s. Accordingly, empowerment and capacity building participation of women was put in the spotlight of works related development , particularly rural development.This research has been done by using descriptive and analytical methods to assess the barriers to economic participation of women in the process of development of rural settlements of Hamadan city. The most significant barriers to the economic participation of rural women in the development process in the study area include ignoring them in policy making and planning, lack of necessary training in order to enable economic capabilities of women, lack of organization and cooperatives of production for rural women. Statistical Society in this study is 50 out of 107 villages of Hamedan city. In the first stage, 50 questionnaires were completed among rural trustees,in the second stage, 382 questionnaires were completed in among rural families. Then, the set of descriptive- analytical methods, correlation test and multivariate regression was used to show the relationships between variables. Research findings showed that despite participation of women in various agriculture and non-agricultural activities, they have little access to tools and production inputs, bank credits and loans.The results showed that there is a significant relation between ecological environment indicators, socio-cultural indicators, economic indicators and physical-infrastructure indicators and level of participation of women and thus, rural development.
