By increasing ownership of the vehicle, its contribution to urban travel and the lack of culture, and the creation of appropriate public transportation structures to reduce the demand for privately-owned vehicles, caused parking problems related to the provision of various species appear. In this research, we tried to provide a model for estimating the minimum demand for parking. At the end, the proposed model implemented on the District 13 of Tehran Municipality. In order to achieve this goal, we estimated the minimum parking demand based on the type of urban land use and utilization, information gathering and implementation of this method in the geographical information system environment. The method used in this study was based on the Trip Generation standard of the United States Institute of Transportation Engineering. The findings and output of this model in the GIS environment analyzed in the form of maps and tables provided. The findings of this study showed that the total minimum demand for parking in the entire district is 85465 point Park. At the end, due to the urgent need to provide parking in the district for traffic management, proposed a research to locate class parking.
