Regarding spatial decision-making for buying / renting housing, Many multi-criteria decision-making models that have been developed along with Geographic Information System (GIS) can be used today. In this study, in order to find a suitable neighborhood for buying / renting a house, the method of analytic hierarchy analysis and the capabilities of the geographic information system were used. The criteria used were distance from offices, housing quality, housing price, distance from school, population density, crime density, hospital density, per capita green space and distance to the service center. After performing the steps of AHP method, it was found that the quality of housing with 17.55% is the most important criterion, then the layers used in GIS were prepared and combined The results showed that The Elahparast, Mirdamad 2 and Sari Zamin 2 neighborhoods are the most suitable neighborhoods for buying and renting housing based on the criteria used. خرید یا اجاره مسکن یکی از بزرگترین تصمیماتی است که هر فرد می‌تواند در زندگی تجربه کند، این میزان حساسیت برای خرید مسکن بسیار بیشتر از اجاره مسکن است. در خصوص تصمیم‌گیری فضایی برای خرید/اجاره مسکن امروزه می‌توان از مدلهای تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره بسیاری که توسعه داده شده است به همراه سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی بهره گرفت. در این تحقیق برای یافتن محله مناسب جهت خرید/اجاره مسکن از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی و قابلیت‌های سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی اسفاده شد. معیارهای مورد استفاده شامل فاصله از ادارات، کیفیت مسکن، قیمت مسکن، فاصله از مدرسه، تراکم جمعیت، تراکم بزهکاری، سرانه فضای سبز و فاصله تا مرکز خدمات بود. پس از این که مراحل روش AHP انجام شد، مشخص گردید که کیفیت مسکن با 17.55% مهمترین معیار است، سپس لایه‌های مورد استفاده در GIS تهیه و ترکیب گردید، نتایج نشان دهند این بود محلات الهی‌پرست، میرداماد 2 و ساری‌زمین 2 براساس معیارهای مورد استفاده مناسبترین محلات برای خرید و اجاره مسکن هستند. https://www.gahr.ir/article_110939_5f63d2a20252cd91cb79f55fdd26c33e.pdf
