As one of the important economic sectors, the housing sector has a close and extensive relationship with other economic sectors of every country and affects it. Yasouj city is considered to be one of the small cities, but it is very important because it is the center of the province. The research method of this research was a survey and the tool for collecting information in this research was a questionnaire. The Corona questions (8 questions) were made by the researcher and the market performance (4 questions) and financial performance (4 questions) were extracted from the research of Morgan et al. (2013). The statistical population of this research is the residents of Yasouj city, and 180 people were randomly selected based on the Sample power software. The method used in this research was SEM-AMOS (structural equations) method to test the research hypotheses and SPSS 21 software was used to perform the desired statistical methods. The results of the research showed that Corona has a direct and significant effect on housing prices and rents in Yasouj city. According to this conclusion, the research showed that due to the role of Corona on housing prices and rents in Yasuj city, it caused inflation and high prices and customer dissatisfaction with prices and rents in Yasuj city. کروناویروس یک بیماری عفونی ناشی از سندرم حاد تنفسی شدید بود که سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHO)این اپیدمی را به عنوان یک بیماری همه گیر جهانی طبقه بندی کرده، این همه گیری فعالیت های اجتماعی و اقتصادی متعددی را به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار داده است که یکی از بخش ها، مسکن می باشد بخش مسکن به‌عنوان یکی از بخش‌های مهم اقتصادی، ارتباط نزدیک و گسترده‌ای با سایر بخش‌های اقتصادی هر کشور دارد و بر آن تأثیر می‌گذارد. شهر یاسوج با توجه به اینکه جز شهرهای کوچک به‌حساب می‌آید ولی باتوجه به مرکز استان بودن از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش به‌صورت پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه بود. که سؤالات کرونا (8 سؤال) محقق ساخته و عملکرد بازار (4 سؤال) و عملکرد مالی (4 سؤال) از تحقیق مورگان و همکاران (2013) استخراج‌شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش ساکنین شهر یاسوج هستند که در این بین براساس نرم افزار Sample power تعداد 180 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. روش مورداستفاده در این پژوهش برای آزمون کردن فرضیه‌های تحقیق از روش SEM-AMOS (معادلات ساختاری) استفاده شد و برای انجام روش‌های آماری موردنظر از نرم‌افزار SPSS 21 استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کرونا بر قیمت مسکن و اجاره‌بها در شهر یاسوج تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. بنا بر این نتیجه‌گیری تحقیق نشان داد که با توجه نقش کرونا بر قیمت مسکن و اجاره‌بها در شهر یاسوج موجب تورم و گرانی و نارضایتی مشتریان نسبت به قیمت و اجاره‌بها در شهر یاسوج گردید. https://www.gahr.ir/article_200965_63035da0577b392f396e7bd9f50c1836.pdf
