Utilizing this sector to achieve sustainable development in any region requires an operational and executive plan based on understanding the hidden tourism potentials on one hand and the characteristics of the tourists benefiting from these facilities on the other hand. The aim of the present study is to examine the economic impacts of urban tourism development, with a case study of the city of Damavand. In this research, the RAHF AHP method has been used. Then, to calculate the RAHF weight of each criterion based on relation 3-7, the maximum second-degree geometric mean must be calculated, which is equal to 3.067. Each of the geometric means is then divided by the number 3.067 to obtain the RAHF weight of each option. The definitive weight is derived from the average of the RAHF weights of each criterion, and the normalized weight is obtained by dividing each definitive weight by the total sum of the definitive weights, with the results presented in Table 5. Accordingly, the increase in employment, with a weight of 0.419, has achieved the first rank. The reduction of unemployment, with a weight of 0.221, has secured the second rank, and the increase in income, with a weight of 0.208, has attained the third rank. از جمله بخش هایی که در عرصه اقتصادی جهان طی سال های اخیر از رشد چشمگیر و قابل توجهی برخوردار بوده و پیش بینی می شود طی دو دهه آینده به پردرآمد ترین و تأثیرگذارترین بخش اقتصادی کشورها تبدیل شود، صنعت گردشگری است. بهره گیری از این بخش برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در هر منطقه، نیازمند طرح و برنامه عملیاتی و اجرایی متکی بر شناخت توان های نهفته گردشگری از یک سو وویژگی های گردشگران بهره گیرنده از این امکانات از سوی دیگر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی بازتاب های اقتصادی توسعه گردشگری شهری مطالعه موردی شهر دماوند می باشد. در این پژوهش از روش AHP راف استفاده شده است. سپس برای محاسبه وزن راف هر کدام از معیارها بر اساس رابطه 3-7، باید ماکزیمم درایه دوم میانگین هندسی محاسبه کرد که برابر با 3.067 می‌باشد سپس هر کدام از میانگین هندسی‌ها را بر عدد 3.067 تقسیم نمود تا وزن راف هر گزینه حاصل شود سپس وزن قطعی از میانگین وزن راف هر معیار حاصل می‌شود و سپس وزن نرمال از تقسیم هر وزن قطعی بر جمع کل اوزان قطعی حاصل می‌شود که نتایج در جدول 5 آورده شده است. بر این اساس افزایش اشتغال با وزن 0.419 رتبه اول را کسب کرده است. کاهش بیکاری با وزن 0.221 رتبه دوم و افزایش در آمد با وزن 0.208 رتبه سوم را کسب کرده است. https://www.gahr.ir/article_205818_aef31773c0d70e930630afcd421830a9.pdf
