The findings showed that since it seems practically impossible to eliminate this informal economic group, the best way to organize peddlers is to move them to a place outside Salman Farsi Street, of course, providing the conditions for the new location, including not collecting taxes and Rent, stalls can encourage peddlers to accept a new location. اشتغال غیر رسمی در واقع نوعی فعالیت برای زنده ماندن و مصون بودن از انحرافات اجتماعی است که در ایران مطالعه و شناخت بخش غیر رسمی هنوز به گونه جدی در دستور کار سیاست گذاران اقتصاد قرار نگرفته ،به طوری که درک آن ها از مبارزه با این بخش در سطح شهر می باشد . دولت ها می بایست به جای مبارزه با آن و تغییر نگاه از تهدید به فرصت جهت ارتقاء آن بکوشند زیرا باعث ثبات قیمت ها ،بازار رقابتی و از همه مهمتر بازار شهروندان کم بضاعت و محلی برای عرضه محصولات سنتی روستاییان می باشد.هدف از انچام پژوهش ساماندهی و توانمند سازی دستفروشان خیابان سلمان فارسی می باشد . روش تحقیق این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی (اسنادی- پیمایشی)، مشتمل بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، میدانی ،طراحی و تکمیل پرسشنامه و روش گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده از منابع رسمی برای داده‌های کمّی(پرسشنامه و مصاحبه) بوده و تکنیک کار مدل VIKOR است. یافته ها نشان داد از آنجا که حذف این گروه غیر رسمی اقتصادی عملا غیر ممکن به نظر می رسد بنابراین بهترین روش ساماندهی دستفروشان انتقال و جابجایی آنان به مکانی خارج از خیابان سلمان فارسی می باشد البته فراهم نمودن شرایط مکان جدید از جمله عدم اخذ مالیات و اجاره بها ،غرفه بندی می تواند باعث تشویق دستفروشان جهت پذیرش مکان جدید شود. https://www.gahr.ir/article_213788_5ec36da63e134fba0885dcea8d4435f3.pdf
