The present study aimed to assess the status of entrepreneurship education in technical and vocational high schools in Khuzestan Province, with an emphasis on instructors’ characteristics. This applied research was conducted using a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population consisted of 380 instructors and teachers in technical and vocational schools in Khuzestan Province, of whom 181 participants were selected through simple random sampling based on Cochran’s formula. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts through exploratory factor analysis, while its reliability was verified using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and exploratory factor analysis. The findings revealed that instructors’ personality traits, professional competencies, and informational capabilities were among the most influential factors in improving the quality of entrepreneurship education. In addition, five major factors were identified, including learners’ psychological empowerment, instructors’ scientific competence, interaction with society and industry, business development skills, and marketing skills. The results also indicated that inadequate instructor competencies, weaknesses in the educational system, and managerial and infrastructural barriers were among the major challenges facing entrepreneurship education. Finally, strengthening instructors’ competencies, revising educational programs, and enhancing the relationship between vocational schools and industry were recommended. با توجه به نقش اساسی آموزش‌های کارآفرینی در توانمندسازی نسل جوان و تقویت مهارت‌های مورد نیاز بازار کار، تحلیل وضعیت موجود این آموزش‌ها در هنرستان‌ها اهمیت اساسی پیدا می‌کند. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل وضعیت آموزش‌های کارآفرینی در هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای استان خوزستان با تأکید بر ویژگی‌های آموزشگران انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری آن شامل 380 تن از هنرآموزان و آموزشگران هنرستان‌های استان خوزستان بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 181 تن به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی، همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، مهارتی و اطلاعاتی آموزشگران یکی از مؤثرترین عوامل ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش کارآفرینی می‌باشند. همچنین پنج عامل اصلی شامل توانمندسازی روانشناختی فراگیران، تسلط علمی و تخصصی آموزشگران، ارتباط با جامعه، تقویت مهارت ایجاد کسب‌وکار و مهارت‌های بازاریابی شناسایی شد. یافته‌ها همچنین نشان داد ضعف توانمندی‌ آموزشگران، ضعف در سیستم آموزشی و وجود موانع مدیریتی و زیرساختی از اصلی‌ترین چالش‌های آموزش‌ کارآفرینی محسوب می‌شوند. در نهایت، تقویت توانمندی‌های آموزشگران، بازنگری در برنامه‌های آموزشی و تقویت ارتباط هنرستان‌ها با صنعت پیشنهاد شد. https://www.gahr.ir/article_245049_52a4ff2f51edeb6d1fa0ee23d687ef54.pdf
