The present study examines the extent of the health of the cities of Ardebil province. The research method is based on the applied purpose and based on descriptive, documentary and analytical nature; In which 40 health-therapeutic indicators were evaluated using the Topsis model. Among the indices, the indicators of the number of covered villages and the number of paramedics with the weight of 0.0269 are the most important indicators. The statistical population of the study consisted of 10 provinces of Ardabil province in 1395. The results of this study indicate that the provincial towns are not equal in terms of health and health indicators, and they are very different, and most of them are not in desirable position in terms of health and health indicators. In the meanwhile, the city of Ardebil is the most disadvantaged city and the city of Sareen. Also, Pearson's correlation between the population and the availability of cities shows a high correlation between the two factors. The result of Pearson's correlation between the distance between the international frontier and the degree of enjoyment also indicates a relatively high correlation between the two factors. Therefore, in order to reduce the development gap between provincial cities, deprived cities should be placed on top of development. امروزه مهم‌ترین عامل پیشرفت هر جامعه‌ای، نیروی انسانی سالم می‌باشد، افزایش سطح شاخص‌های سلامت در هر جامعه‌ای از اولویت دولت‌ها محسوب می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی میزان برخورداری شهرستان‌های استان اردبیل از شاخص‌های بهداشتی - درمانی می‌پردازد. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت توصیفی، اسنادی و تحلیلی است که در آن 40 شاخص بهداشتی - درمانی با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفته‌اند. در میان شاخص‌ها، شاخص‌های تعداد روستاهای تحت پوشش و تعداد پیراپزشکان با وزن 0269/0 بااهمیت‌ترین شاخص‌ها هستند. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 10 شهرستان استان اردبیل در سال 1395 می‌باشد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که میزان برخورداری شهرستان‌های استان از شاخص‌های بهداشتی - درمانی یکسان نبوده و اختلاف زیادی با یکدیگر دارند و اغلب آن‌ها ازنظر شاخص‌های بهداشتی - درمانی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارند. در این میان شهرستان اردبیل برخوردارترین شهرستان و شهرستان سرعین محروم‌ترین شهرستان می‌باشد. همچنین نتیجه همبستگی پیرسون در بررسی رابطه بین جمعیت و برخورداری شهرستان‌ها، از همبستگی بالایی در رابطه بین این دو عامل حکایت دارد. نتیجه همبستگی پیرسون در بررسی رابطه بین فاصله از مرز بین‌المللی و میزان برخورداری نیز حاکی از همبستگی نسبتاً بالایی در رابطه بین این دو عامل می‌باشد. بنابراین در راستای کاهش شکاف توسعه میان شهرستان‌های استان، شهرستان‌های محروم باید در اولویت توسعه قرار گیرند. https://www.gahr.ir/article_67478_1b36a7ba1bc3c917d710d5cef8c83a02.pdf
