In order to be able to make optimal use of water resources, the design of irrigation and drainage networks of Mianab plain is defined and under implementation and operation. The purpose of this article, which is prepared by descriptive-analytical method and using written documents, consulting and survey, is to study the establishment of water resources utilization organizations as a participatory management approach in water and emphasize the participation of all stakeholders, mainly farmers. At the end, the relevant solutions and suggestions are presented.
