Abstract

Border economy and the development of border businesses are one of the important factors in creating employment and developing economic activities, and one of the features of the formation of business clusters at the borders is the issue of security. Borders are a good opportunity for legal entrepreneurship. If this economic development and entrepreneurship is based on documented and approved principles and methodology, it will ensure the survival of the business and ultimately guarantee the security of the country's borders. More than half of the country's provinces are located near the borders, and it is a unique opportunity for economic exchange and business development and creating population structures in the border areas. Security cannot be achieved except by rule of law, and the interaction and cooperation of organizations, institutions and border residents with the border guard, in addition to helping to improve security, will lead to the economic development of the region. This article deals with the development of cross-border businesses in the form of the development of business clusters and networks.
