Organizational flexibility from the perspective of dealing with smart risks in Tabriz municipality

Abstract
Confidentiality, availability and integrity of information, security threats, ۹intrusions, destruction and manipulation of information and theft are the main concerns regarding the risks of smartness in today's cities. The use of organizational flexibility in urban planning can be one of the main solutions in relation to the prevention of organizational risks. The current research has a descriptive and applied purpose. The statistical population of the research is 50 specialists and experts related to Tabriz municipality and working in different departments of the municipality. Finally, the obtained information was analyzed in Spss software environment. The findings of the research show that in the indicators of technological and preventive structure, data safety components (database management, data minimization, privacy) 0.952, disaster management (building evacuation, warning systems, congestion prevention, program emergency coordination) 0.826, smart cameras (camera malfunction due to various types of cyber and physical attacks, crime, theft) 0.777, and in the systemic and strategic management indicators of integration components (communication with the control center, emergency notifications All-in-one system, implementing integrated changes, automation) (0.901), support (substitution of facilities and services, dynamic planning, high-quality links, ability to edit based on warnings) (0.863) have the highest workload. According to the results, the greatest need for flexibility when risks occur is related to data safety, disaster management, smart cameras, integration and support in the Tabriz municipal organization.
