Abstract
The development of entrepreneurship as an efficient strategy to solve the problem of unemployment, economic development, poverty alleviation and social justice is necessary, especially in rural communities. Entrepreneurship and, as a result, the development of rural women's entrepreneurship is a complex and multidimensional phenomenon and is influenced by various factors. In this research, an attempt has been made to identify the individual and economic factors and components affecting the development of women's entrepreneurship in the central part of Khodabandeh. The statistical community of the research of rural women entrepreneurs in the study area, which numbered 117 people, was investigated as a whole census. The validity of the operationalized framework of the research was investigated by using the opinions of experts, and the reliability of the tool was also calculated by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was calculated in the economic and individual parts as 81% and 87%, respectively. The findings of the research show that there is a significant relationship between personality traits (r=0.000, sig=668%) and women's economic status (r=420%, sig=0.000) with the level of entrepreneurship.
