Floods are considered as one of the most destructive hazards that cause many human and financial losses every year, for this reason it is important to pay attention to the resilience of different areas against this hazard. One of the areas that is at risk of flooding is Poldokhtar city. Due to the importance of the issue, in this research, the resilience of Poldokhter city against flood risk has been evaluated. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and research method. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and research method. Research data includes statistical information, library information and information obtained through questionnaires. The most important research tool has been SPSS, which has been used for data analysis. The statistical population of the research is Poldokhtar city and the statistical sample of the research is 384 questionnaires related to flood affected areas. The reliability of the research has been obtained based on Cronbach's alpha of 0.848 which indicates a favorable and acceptable degree of reliability. In this research, economic, social, reversibility and physical indicators have been used in order to evaluate the state of resilience of Poldokhter city against flood risk. In this research, using the factor analysis method, which is a multi-variable method, the most suitable solutions among the investigated variables to increase the resilience of Poldokhter city have been evaluated. According to the results, respectively, the variables of cooperation and action in cleaning the passages and urban spaces with a factor load (0.878) and satisfaction with the access point and use of temporary accommodation places after the flood with a factor factor (0.859) are significant. The most effective factors on the resilience of Poldokhter city are against floods.
