Abstract
In today's era, knowledge is regarded as the most vital organizational asset, significantly enhancing performance. Agricultural knowledge-based companies are no exception to this rule. Due to the complex and dynamic nature of their activities, effective knowledge management holds particular significance for these organizations. This study aimed to identify the components of a knowledge management model specific to agricultural knowledge-based firms. A qualitative research methodology was employed, collecting data through interviews with experts and managers and analyzing them using MAXQDA2022 software. Key knowledge management components identified include foresight, intellectual property management, human resource management, time management, organizational commitment, organizational structure, effectiveness, organizational culture, policy-making, scientific exchange, industry relations, market relations, international exchange, problem orientation, need orientation, demand orientation, economic focus, feasibility, and validation. The findings led to the development of an optimal knowledge management model comprising five critical stages: knowledge identification and creation, organization and storage, transfer, application, and evaluation. Among these, the stages of knowledge organization and storage, application, identification and creation, transfer, and evaluation were prioritized in descending order of importance.
