Organizing the informal economy of urban peddlers ( case study : Salman Farsi Street in Ahvaz)

Abstract
Informal employment is a kind of activity for survival and immunity from social deviations, which in Iran studies and recognition of informal sector is still not seriously addressed in the agenda of the policy makers, so that it is possible to understand them from fighting this sector at the city level. the government of Iran should try to improve it instead of fighting it and change the view of threat, because it causes the stability of the prices, the competitive market, and from all the low - to - local citizens ' market to offer the traditional products of villagers. the purpose of this research is organizing and empowerment of Salman Farsi street. the research method of this research is descriptive - analytical (documentary - survey), including library studies, library studies, design and completion of questionnaire and the method of data collection is the use of official sources for quantitative data (questionnaire and interview) and VIKOR model. The findings showed that since it seems practically impossible to eliminate this informal economic group, the best way to organize peddlers is to move them to a place outside Salman Farsi Street, of course, providing the conditions for the new location, including not collecting taxes and Rent, stalls can encourage peddlers to accept a new location.
