Abstract
The swift pace of urbanization has been a catalyst for escalating concerns regarding energy consumption and environmental degradation in city landscapes. The research in focus delves into the influence of diverse urban form attributes on the energy utilization within the transport sector of Isfahan's third region. This study's objective is to aid in diminishing energy usage and ameliorating air pollution scenarios within this area. The methodology embraced involves the application of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) framework to gauge the resilience of Region 3, modifying its benchmarks to align with the local context.

Key findings from the study underscore the significant role of pedestrian-friendly streets and the reduction of car dependency in curbing energy expenditure. These factors were identified as pivotal in propelling the region towards a more sustainable trajectory. The research findings underscore the potential and necessity for pedestrian-centered urban planning and enhanced public transportation networks to foster environmentally conscious and energy-efficient urban spaces.

The commendable achievement of a silver rating for the region under the LEED certification highlights a commendable level of sustainability already in place. Nevertheless, this accolade also serves as a clarion call for ongoing efforts and strategic planning to further refine energy consumption patterns. It prompts stakeholders to ponder on the infusion of renewable energy sources, the promotion of energy-saving technologies, and the encouragement of a shift towards a greener lifestyle among the residents.
