Abstract

The current research is about the impact of urban furniture on the quality of the urban environment. This research was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method. that the collection of information has been done using two library and field methods (questionnaire).The statistical population of this research was the citizens of Shirvan in four different regions, of which 250 people were selected as the sample size. The sampling method was a multi-stage cluster. The research questionnaire was created by the researcher and its validity was confirmed using content validity through professors and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.80. For data analysis, correlation and Student's t tests were used in SPSS software. The results of the research showed that according to the residents of this area, the cultural, executive, functional and environmental components of urban furniture in the studied area are not in a good condition at all.
