Abstract

A wide area of the urban fabric of Zahedan is worn out due to its urban fabric. placement of index elements; Cultural, historical and regional in these contexts, the importance of planning with the strategy of the tourism industry has made it necessary to sustain all-round development. Zahedan city, as one of the important urban centers in the east of the country, has many dilapidated structures, both historical and marginal, which are gradually being destroyed for various reasons, in the case that the area under study, in terms of tourism and entertainment should be considered. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to investigate and analyze the effects of organizing in dilapidated tissues with a tourism approach in the dilapidated urban tissue in Bazar Rasouli. The approach that governs the space of qualitative and quantitative research and the type of research is applied. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential quantitative software (SPSS) and quantitative models such as t-test and Friedman's ranking were used. ArcGIS software was used to prepare the maps. The results show that the relationship between all indicators of innovation and tourism development is direct and significant. The overall average for the physical indicators in the tissue is equal to 1.3 and more than 3, which shows that the level of revitalization and development of the physical condition of the historical tissue of Rasouli Bazaar is more than the average from the point of view of experts, residents and tourists, and it shows in the component Urban regeneration and tourism, physical components are more important.
