Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has severely affected the tourism industry. In this framework, different countries and regions compete to benefit from its maximum benefits. In this framework, regions gain more competitiveness by paying attention to the issue of tourism competitiveness, so it can be said that the more local attractions are paid attention to at the regional level and investment platforms are made in them. This approach, the aim of the current research is to explain the drivers affecting the competitiveness of urban tourism in the post-Corona era with a future research approach in the 12th district of Tehran. The present research is based on the purpose of applied research, in terms of nature and method, it is a descriptive-analytical research. . The research method is based on the future-research, analytical-exploratory approach, which will be done by using a combination of quantitative and qualitative models.Depending on the purpose of Delphi, 30 experts available and familiar with the subject of the research were used in the non-probability sampling method (chain sampling). Micmac software is also used to identify the key factors affecting the tourism of the metropolis of Tehran. Quid 19 is used. The results showed that the quality components of the tourism process and cheap tourism services were less important in the competitiveness of tourists to the region than other components.In relation to the questions, it should be mentioned that the polite and respectful treatment of the citizens with the tourists and the up-to-dateness of tourism at the regional level were the most important coefficients, and in the next levels, it is possible to take advantage of trained people and suitable parks. , recommendations and introductions from others, positive attitude to travel again, providing information through the media
