Therefore, the issues related to the Arctic region will lead to the creation of wide opportunities and threats, which are in complex conflict with the competitive interests and power dynamics of the main players in the region such as the united States of America, China and Russia. While examining the Arctic transit routes, this research tries to pay attention to Russia’s goals in the development of China’s Arctic corridor and answer the question of what effects the Arctic corridor has on Russia’s Arctic strategy with an analytical descriptive method. The result of the research shows, despite the fact that the impact of the Arctic corridor is considered important for Russia in order to use the economics and commercial potential of the Arctic region, in the long run, by creating conflicts and competitions among the countries of the region, it can create obstacles for the implementation of the strategy in the Arctic region, it created the north of this country.
