Abstract
This article is dedicated to analyzing the decision-making process in the construction of the Bushehr inter-state power plant and includes two key sections, which include the assessment of income indicators and the analysis of policy-making factors and sustainable security. Based on this national project, the Sustainable Development Index, considering its proximity to the sea, time distance from residential centers and specific climatic conditions, has now been selected as a desirable location for the construction of the power plant, which contributes to environmental challenges and increased safety.Hence, this project has been affected by environmental challenges and increased safety. This article shows that the integrated management of these challenges includes planning for sustainable development and productivity, which ultimately leads to sustainable development in the technical, security and increased safety areas of the Bushehr state power plants in providing sustainable energy to the country and increasing safety. Finally, it emphasizes that the development of existing projects should be best realized, especially in areas of political and security sensitivity, multi-phased and balanced requirements, as well as multiple environmental and security objectives.
