Abstract
Digital transformation and the spread of the Internet of Things have changed the approach of organizations towards human resource management and moved from management based on periodic reports to data-driven and intelligent management. In this approach, data related to employees and the workplace are continuously collected and analyzed and can be the basis for more accurate decision-making by managers. In the meantime, wireless sensor networks can be used as an infrastructure for continuous collection of information related to employees and the workplace and provide the possibility of monitoring environmental conditions, employee presence and activity, and equipment status. Thus, the use of these technologies can help increase the speed of access to information, improve monitoring, and improve the efficiency of human resource management processes.

The research findings showed that the Internet of Things can affect human resource technologies, activities, and roles and pave the way for the formation of intelligent human resource management. Also, combining wireless sensor networks and mobile sinks with human resource management systems can reduce energy consumption, improve the continuity and quality of access to employee data, and provide the basis for data-driven decision-making in human resource management.

Conclusion: Conclusion: Overall, the results of this study show that the use of the Internet of Things and wireless sensor networks, along with the use of mobile sinks, can provide a suitable platform for the development of intelligent and data-driven human resource management. By improving the way data is collected and transmitted, reducing energy consumption, and increasing the continuity of access to information, this combination allows managers to better monitor work processes and make more accurate decisions. Therefore, the targeted use of these technologies can be an effective step towards increasing the efficiency and intelligence of human resource management processes.
