Analysis and modeling attractions in Ardabil - Phase 2 Industrial park for the location of Industrial Town using TOPSIS method

Abstract
Today, in most countries, small and medium industries are acting in the various aspects of economic and social interests, industrial production and services provision. Although more than 90 percent of our production units are belong to small and medium industries , Due to the lack of Strategic Development based on existing industrial infrastructures and abandoning small production units in their status, the firm failed to make a significant contribution to GDP and creating value added . In this respect, building and equipping industrial parks can provide more appropriate conditions for locating small and medium industries, and centralized management of these industries. In this article, attractions in Ardabil - Phase 2 Industrial park for the location of Industrial Town has been analyzed. This research is applied research in terms of Target and Descriptive research in terms of nature that study attractions of the industrial park's attractions by 20 criteria. In order to achieve total fitness of Ardabil - Phase 2 Industrial park for location of Industrial Town in terms of investigated criteria using TOPSIS method. In consequence of using above techniques, industrial park score was 0/49 in relation to the total number of investigated criteria. It shows that industrial park has some considerable for locating Industrial Town .
