Abstract

Forces hints of globalization in trade, economy, politics, culture, and also in different scientific texts and educational institutions in all regions of the world. cities due to the importance of social, economic and political relations with globalization complex. about this relationship studies in the shape of a new theoretical framework in urban studies that global city. in urban studies, this new theory with questions in connection with the effects of globalization towns and cities on how to respond to globalization, and with the formulation processes guide to lead to the cities of globalization ends. In this regard mega - city of Tabriz due to its geographic location in northwestern Iran, there is always the Arctic region of the country. the present study, history and elements of the concept of globalization and the city of the World, is understood to analyse the factors influencing, urban management in this issue. In other words, the global city of Tabriz Metropolitan urban management investigated. The field in order to experts, managers and the civil authorities, as well as the elite that includes university professors Tabriz in careers indices of globalization, which is organized as the number of 979 demographic question. stability data used by exploiting Cronbach's a larger amount to 0.75 and calculated by single test example on sample t - test the hypotheses of research has been assessed. according to each of the three - test sample research hypothesis that is based on the desirability of managers and city officials familiar with the globalization and global city, a lack of institutional capabilities necessary - management and inadequate performance managers in the city of Tabriz mega - World to the city.
