Abstract
The statistics and information provided by countries and regions indicate the extent, severity and variety of vandalism in different sectors and the related damages and costs. Studies have shown the importance of finding this issue in the urban community of Iran. Despite the damage and damage caused by vandalism in the urban public spaces of the country, enough statistics and information in this field, in particular the scope, dimensions, scope, causes and motives of the subjects Under the ruin of vandalism in hand. Considering these conditions, the necessity of paying attention to this social problem of the public spaces of the cities of the city is of particular importance. According to the studies, the public spaces of the expert settlements and the city of Ardabil are facing such problems and problems that need attention It has made this issue even more important. Accordingly, in this research, we decided to study the phenomena of vandalism and its ideas about the causes of the emergence of Vendal behaviors and its adaptation to the settlements of experts and Kowsar in Ardebil and provide solutions to reduce this problem and create a balance in the public spaces of the city under study.
