Abstract

The formulation of a strategic plan for military engagement to interact with the phenomenon of war (including the setting of a vision, mission, mission, purpose, strategy and plan) illustrates the long-term vision and attitude of military forces to military service. The development of a strategic plan is a systematic and organized effort to make decisions and to take radical steps that will determine what the organization (or any other entity) is and what it does. In fact, by compiling this program, the military will answer the question of who the soldier is and if we consider the service life as simply as a system whose input is a soldier, what is its optimal output, and what process does it intend to do to it Output. It seems that the development and implementation of this program has had a significant role in solving the problems.The purpose of the impact of officers on the task is to advance the objectives of the Zahedan Armored Brigade 188. The research method is descriptive and analytical in this paper. The analysis of information from the SPSS software and the AHP model have been used. The results indicate that the use of officers has a significant impact on the development of military and technical capabilities. On the one hand, saving on the training of soldiers, on the other hand, on the quality of life, and even the role of the officers of the task force of the Armored Brigade 188, in technical and operational capacity, and in proposing an economic plan for resilient economics. The 188 armored forces with the economic plan can be brought to the center of science and science, Developing urban and provincial deprived areas. Experienced commanders and specialist officers are a golden opportunity for this South East technical pole.
