Certainly, one of the basic tools of organizations in achieving success and competitive advantage is the existence of high-performing employees and attitudes toward organizational goals. Having a goal for organizations, especially the municipality and staff awareness of it for productivity, is one of the most important concepts in today's management, which despite its importance has been less addressed. Attention to the goals and effects that this can have on the performance of employees is the basis of this article. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting organizational attachment and promoting employee motivation with the approach of productivity and happiness in Karaj Municipality. is. And seeks to answer in a descriptive-survey method how organizational affiliation can lead to the development of the organization in the municipality of this city. This article examines the theoretical foundations of the effect of organizational affiliation of employees on the performance of the organization and concludes that the most important factor in gaining competitive advantage in organizations is their human resources and therefore pay attention to their relationship with the organization and their view of the organization. It is increasing day by day. In this context, it is the organizational affiliation of employees, which is an attitude about employee loyalty to the organization and a continuous process through which members of the organization show their interest in the organization and its continued success and efficiency.
