بررسی زمینه های موثر دربازآفرینی بافت فرسوده شهری مطالعه موردی : شهر شوشتر

چکیده
امروزه معضلات و مشکلات بافت های فرسوده شهری یکی از مسائلی است که در حوزه شهرسازی شهروندان را با مشکلات متعددی مواجهساخته است و همچنین یکی از مهم ترین چالش های شهری با توجه به نبود زیرساخت های مناسب شهری و افت عملکرد این بافت ها ازبی توجهی چندین ساله به این محله ها (مثلا عدم اتخاذ. نظر ابعاد کالبدی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و نهادی در مواجه با مخاطرات می باشدسیاست هایی که به سرمایه گذاری برای نوسازی و رونق این بافت ها بی انجامد، با عنایت به امکان های بالقوه بسیار وسیع این محله ها ازجمله ی کاستی های مدیریت شهری بوده) به بروز مشکلات بسیاری انجامیده است.با زآفرینی شهری به دنبال حل مشکلات فرسودگی بافتهای فرسوده شهری از طریق بهسازی به وسیله مشارکت های مردمی است و هدف ایجاد تفکر و عمل جمعی است که کار مشارکتی در بازآفرینی شهری فراتر از اهداف نوسازی شهری عمل می کند. در پژوهش حاضر هدف ، بررسی زمینه های موثر در باز آفرینی پایدار بافت فرسوده شهر شوشتر ، و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود وضعیت موجود میباشد که از طریق ، روش تحلیلی- توصیفی و براساس مطالعات صورت گرفته از طریق برداشتهای کتابخانه ایی و با بهره گیری تلفیقی از مدل‌ AHP و روش SWOT انجام شده است . در این پژوهش در ابتدا به معرفی بافت فرسوده شهری و بازآفرینی آن اشاره دارد، سپس به شناسایی شاخص‌های بازآفرینی بافت‌های فرسوده شهری و عوامل مؤثر بر آن می‌پردازد.

Abstract
Today, the problems of dilapidated urban structures is one of the issues that has faced many problems in the field of urban planning and also one of the most important urban challenges due to the lack of proper urban infrastructure and the decline in the performance of these structures due to many years of neglect. To these neighborhoods (for example, non-adoption. The view of the physical, social, economic and institutional dimensions is in jeopardy. Policies that do not lead to investment in the renovation and prosperity of these neighborhoods, given the very wide potential of these neighborhoods Has been one of the shortcomings of urban management) has led to many problems. It serves the goals of urban renewal. In the present study, the aim is to investigate the effective fields in the sustainable regeneration of worn-out tissue of Shushtar city, and to provide solutions to improve the current situation through analytical-descriptive method and based on studies conducted through library interpretations and using a combination of AHP model and SWOT method have been performed. In this research, first it refers to the introduction of urban worn-out texture and its regeneration, then it identifies the indicators of regeneration of urban worn-out textures and the factors affecting it.
