ارزیابی شاخص های کالبدی فضاهای شهری برتحقق پذیری شهرشاد(مطالعه موردی: منطقه یک شهر تهران)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی شاخص های کالبدی فضاهای شهری برتحقق پذیری شهرشاد در منطقه یک شهر تهران به انجام رسیده است. بدین منظور از روش پیمایشی، تعداد ۱۸۵ نفر از ساکنان منطقه یک به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی، انتخاب و با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اعتبار محتوایی و پایایی پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از تعیین آلفای کرونباخ (به میزان 94/.) تأمین گردید. نقش کالبدی فضاهای شهری بر برتحقق پذیری شهر شاد از طریق عامل اصلی کالبدی و زیرشاخص های مرتبط با آن انجام شد. در مورد عوامل کالبدی – عملکردی سه عامل( نمای ساختمان ها، مواد و مصالح و کاربری ها )و عناصر کالبدی فرهنگی ، سه عامل انسان محور(پیاده مداری)،ایمنی و امنیت (روشنایی ،کفسازی ،ترافیک) و حس تعلق(پاتق ها وفعالیت های گروهی)وعامل کالبدی زیبایی شناسی سه عامل (تنوع رنگ، نورپردازی وگرافیک محیطی)و عامل کالبدی خدماتی پنج عامل (تجهیزات مبلمان شهری، قابلیت دسترسی و سهولت آن ، حفاظت آب و هوایی، ایجاد قطب های تفریحی خدماتی، پاکیزگی و نظافت محیط)تعیین گردید. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش عوامل کالبدی ونقش ان در تحقق پذیری شهر شاد دارند. به طوری که با توجه به آزمون F عوامل کالبدی- عملکردی، کالبدی-فرهنگی، کالبدی –زیبایی شناسی و کالبدی خدماتی د رتحقق پذیری شهر شاد به ترتیب با سطح معناداری015/0 و 016/0 و 011/0 و 009/0 رابطه موثر وجود دارد. و همچنین بین شاخص های عناصر کالبدی در تحقق پذیری شهر شاد از طریق همبستگی پیرسون در همه موارد در سطح ۹۵ درصد معناداری رابطه وجود دارد

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to evaluate the physical indicators of urban spaces on the feasibility of Shahrshad in region one of Tehran. For this purpose, from the survey method, 185 residents of region one were selected by random sampling method and studied with a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity and reliability of the present study were ensured using Cronbach's alpha determination (0.94). The physical role of urban spaces on the realization of a happy city was done through the main physical factor and related sub-indices. Regarding physical-functional factors, three factors (appearance of buildings, materials and uses) and cultural physical elements, three human-centered factors (pedestrianism), safety and security (lighting, flooring, traffic) and sense of belonging (hangouts) And group activities) and the physical factor of aesthetics three factors (color diversity, lighting and environmental graphics) and the physical factor of service five factors (equipment of urban furniture, accessibility and ease of it, climate protection, creating recreation centers of service, cleanliness and cleanliness of the environment ) Was determined. According to the research results, physical factors and their role in the realization of a happy city. According to the F-test, physical-functional, physical-cultural, physical-aesthetic and service physical factors in the realization of a happy city with a significant level of 0.015, 0.016, 0.011 and 0.009, respectively, effective relationship There is. Also, there is a significant relationship between the indicators of physical elements in the realization of a happy city through Pearson correlation in all cases at the level of 95%.
