اثرگذاری جریان های روستایی- شهری بر تحولات اجتماعی سکونتگاه های روستایی شهرستان دماوند

چکیده

جریان های روستایی ـ شهری برمبنای نظریه داگلاس دربرگیرنده جریان افراد، سرمایه، کالا ، اطلاعات و فناوری است. این جریان ها در گذر زمان از عوامل بنیادین تحولات اجتماعی سکونتگاه های روستایی بشمار می آید. بنابراین، جریان های فضایی به مثابه ظرفیتی است که موجب دگرگونی سازگار در بعد اجتماعی سکونتگاه های روستایی می‌شود. ولی، اگردر برنامه‌ریزی‌ها به این جریان‌ها کم توجهی شود؛ و دوگانه‌انگاری در نظام برنامه ریزی شهری و روستایی انجام گیرد. جریان‌های فضایی چنان‌که بایسته است دگرگونی‌های سازگار در بعد اجتماعی سکونتگاه های روستایی ناحیه مورد مطالعه ایجاد نخواهد کرد. براین مبنا، پژوهش حاضر با آرمان واکاوی این موضوع به روش کمی و با بهره‌گیری از شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی در 370 خانوار نمونه تصادفی و در 29روستایی نمونه از مجموع 83 روستای شهرستان دماوند انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش آشکارساخت ، رابطه معناداری بین جریان‌های فضایی با بعد اجتماعی در سطح روستاهای مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. بدین‌سان، برای بهبوداثرگذاری همه ابعاد جریان‌های فضایی بر تحولات اجتماعی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی توجه به رویکرد برنامه‌ریری یکپارچه روستایی ـ شهری به جای برنامه‌ریزی جداگانه روستایی ـ شهری پیشنهاد می‌شود.

Abstract

Rural-urban flows, according to Douglas's theory, include the flow of people, capital, goods, information, and technology. These currents over time are considered as the fundamental factors of social changes in rural settlements. Therefore, spatial flows are a capacity that causes consistent change in the social dimension of rural settlements. However, if these flows are neglected in planning; And dualism in urban and rural planning system. Spatial flows will not, as they should, bring about adaptive changes in the social dimension of the rural settlements in the study area. Based on this, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating this issue in a quantitative manner and using a descriptive-analytical method in 370 random sample households and in 29 sample villages out of a total of 83 villages in Damavand city. Findings of the study revealed that there is a significant relationship between spatial flows and social dimension in the studied villages. Thus, in order to improve the impact of all dimensions of spatial flows on the social developments of rural settlements, it is suggested to pay attention to the integrated rural-urban planning approach instead of separate rural-urban planning
