Identifying the vital factors for the success of sustainable supply chain management measures (case study of Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company)

Abstract
The notion of sustainable supply chain management has arisen in reaction to rising environmental consciousness during the last few decades, as environmental issues have gained a lot of attention. This study aims to determine the essential components of sustainable supply chain management (using the Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company as a case study). In terms of paradigm, this research is qualitative-quantitative (mixed). It is deemed applied research due to its nature and goal, as well as the exploratory and descriptive-analytical technique, which mostly draws on library materials and articles. The process of conducting structural-interpretive modeling and Delphi research The managers of the Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company and specialists in sustainable supply chains made up the statistical population of the study. Both sections of this study employed a judgmental deliberate sampling strategy. There are nine levels to the research: the first is cost reduction; the second is energy consumption; the third is the environmental accident penalty factor; the fourth is the availability of education and learning information; and the fifth is the factor of hazardous materials, safety and security, and financial rewards. fifth and sixth places. Corporate social responsibility, organizational management, and organizational capabilities are ranked seventh, society pressure and laws and standards are ranked eighth, and organizational management is ranked ninth level nine. The study's findings indicate According to him, the environmental laws serve as the cornerstone and are among the most crucial elements for the Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company's sustainable supply chain management initiatives to be successful. He said that this factor must be taken into account before implementing a sustainable supply chain. and after that prioritize the remaining bills.
