Interactive marketing in the age of the Internet has taken a different form and users can do business in the form of an advertisement or through electronic mail or interactive applications. Today, the role of e-commerce is considered as one of the main components of the digital economy in the economic development of countries, and its impact on the world economy is undeniable. During the recent years in our country, the use of information technology and electronic commerce in the markets has increased significantly. Therefore, the present research was carried out with the aim of feasibility and analysis of the desire of members of knowledge-based companies of Science and Technology Park of Sistan and Baluchistan province towards electronic commerce. The sample studied in this research was 162 members of knowledge-based companies in Sistan and Baluchistan province, who were selected using survey technique and stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed by the professors of Shiraz University. In order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire, a guide study was conducted in a sample of 30 people outside of the main sample, members of knowledge-based companies in Fars Science and Technology Park. The results showed that members of knowledge-based companies have a positive desire and attitude towards electronic commerce. On the other hand, on the other hand, people's literacy towards computers and the Internet is in a good state. Therefore, based on the findings of the research, it is suggested that practical courses be held in order to raise the level of awareness of business owners about the developed laws related to e-commerce. Also, with increased security and privacy, entrepreneurs with ideas will be more inclined to start e-businesses.
