Measuring citizens' satisfaction with urban management is one of the most important factors determining the quality and performance of urban service providers; Feeling satisfied with urban services increases the sense of participation, public satisfaction and increases the quality of urban life. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the service-executive performance of the municipality in Noorabad city. The research method is descriptive-analytical and of an applied type. The indicators and indexes used in the functional areas of the municipality were identified and operationally defined using the research background and theoretical literature. Data analysis was analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS26 and AMOS24 software. The results of the one-sample T-test of the research showed that the level of satisfaction of the citizens with the municipality of Noorabad city is lower than the average with an average of 2.78. Also, the results of the second-order structural model of the research show that satisfaction has been achieved in Noorabad Municipality by improving the effective indicators in the five dimensions of leisure, well-being, health and environment, cultural and social, technical and construction with covariance weights of 0.62, 0.51, 0.45, 0.39 and 0.38 are possible. Finally, it was found that each of the components of fair distribution of services and facilities, apology and admission of officials for their mistakes, efficiency of city plans and projects, level of expertise and skill of employees, question and answer session with people and having innovation and creative ideas in the city with Factor loads of 0.32, 0.26, 0.26, 0.23, 0.22 and 0.17 affect the quality of service and execution of Noorabad city municipality.
