As the decision-making center of the country, Tehran metropolis is located on faults of different lengths, the most important of which are North Tehran fault, Masha fault and Ray fault. According to the mentioned materials, we find out that Tehran is highly susceptible to earthquakes, so it should always have the necessary planning and forecasts to face such an incident. After the earthquake, several measures are more important, the most important of which is providing relief to the injured people. Therefore, it was felt necessary to investigate the District2of Tehran metropolis from the aspect of relief after the earthquake. This research is of a descriptive-analytical type and aims to determine the optimal location for the deployment of the relief team in order to minimize the loss of lives after the earthquake, considering the physical and non-physical factors of District 2. Data collection is in the form of documents, library and field survey, Also, Topsis and Super Decision software were used to analyze the spatial priority of the zones in order to weight the layers. The results of the analysis indicate that: the output findings of the spatial desirability zoning map in the fourth season for the placement of relief centers in the district2 of Tehran, which shows that the most suitable lands for the construction of the new site of relief centers are in the central directions inclined to the west (areas of Ivank, Ponk, Sepehr, Asemanha) That is, the directions of planning and prone to physical development of District2 of Tehran city and in the parts inclined from the center to the south (areas of Koi Nasr and Marzdaran in the east) are located in other directions than the North of District2 of Tehran city.
