Today, cities in developing countries are facing many problems; The increase in population growth rate, migration to cities and the growth rate of urbanization has caused an increase in population density in cities, the natural consequences of which are the lack of suitable land for population settlement and pressure on environmental resources. Because of this, the incorrect and unplanned use of land and the change of land use regardless of the environmental capabilities have caused the loss of the environmental balance and made it difficult to benefit from city services . In the current research, the distribution and dispersion of therapeutic uses in the spatial container of Ardabil city and according to municipal zoning have been investigated and analyzed, and functions such as hot spot analysis, Thiessen polygon analysis and distance analysis have been used. . According to the results of hot spot analysis in relation to the amount of space dedicated to therapeutic uses; Districts 1 ,2 and 3 of Region 2 have the highest Z value, and the heat of the treatment space in these areas is higher than other areas. Those areas shown in bold blue color have the lowest Z value, which is District 2 of Region 3 and District 2 of Region 4 is included.
