بررسی اعتماد اجتماعی جامعه روستایی و عوامل فردی موثر بر آن (مطالعه‌ی موردی: شهرستان مشهد و طرقبه شاندیز)

چکیده
هدف: «اعتماد»، فرزندِ «عدالت» و والدِ «امنیت» است. اعتماد اجتماعی از مولفه‌های حیاتی سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی در مناطق روستایی است که زمینه‌ساز مشارکت و همکاری میان اعضای جامعه در راستای دستیابی به توسعه است. هدف پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی میزان اعتماد اجتماعی جامعه روستایی و عوامل فردی موثر بر آن در شهرستان‌های مشهد و طرقبه شاندیز است. روش و داده: روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است. گردآوری اطلاعات به روش اسنادی و میدانی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته انجام شد. در این پژوهش 10 روستا در شهرستان مشهد و 6 روستا در شهرستان طرقبه شاندیز به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به کمک 180 خانوار روستایی که به طور تصادفی وارد نمونه شدند، ابزار پژوهش تکمیل شد. سازه اعتماد اجتماعی به کمک 34 شاخص ذیل 3 بعد اعتماد بین‌فردی با 11، اعتماد تعمیم‌یافته با 10 و اعتماد نهادی با 13 شاخص بررسی شد. آلفای کرونباخ 866/0 بیانگر پایایی مطلوب ابزار پژوهش است.

یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای نشان داد میانگین سازه اعتماد اجتماعی درطیف لیکرت 17/3 و در حد متوسط است. اعتماد بین‌‌فردی با 47/3 و اعتماد تعمیم‌یافته با 36/3 به طور معناداری بالاتر از میانه نظری و در حد متوسط می‌باشد و میانگین اعتماد نهادی با 78/2 پایین‌تر از میانه نظری است. بین اعتماد اجتماعی و عوامل زمینه‌ای نظیر سن، میزان تحصیل، تعداد افراد خانوار ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد.

نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که بی‌اعتمادی و نبود مشارکت یکدیگر را بازتولید و تقویت می‌کنند، حفظ و تقویت اعتماد اجتماعی باید همواره در اولویت سیاست‌گذاران قرار گیرد. با توجه به اهمیت اعتماد اجتماعی در توسعه‌ی روستایی، ضروری است تدابیر لازم جهت تقویت اعتماد اجتماعی خصوصا در بعد نهادی در نظرگرفته شود، زیرا بی‌اعتمادی، بی‌اعتمادی بیشتری را تولید می‌کند.

Social trust in rural communities and individual factors (A Case Study of Mashhad and Torqabeh Shandiz Counties)

Objective: "Trust" is the child of "Justice" and the parent of "Security". Social trust is a crucial component of social capital in rural areas, serving as the basis for participation and cooperation among community members to achieve development. The research aims to investigate and evaluate the level of social trust in rural communities, as well as the individual factors influencing it in the counties of Mashhad and Targaba Shandiz.

Methods: The research method is descriptive-analytical and applied-developmental in nature. Data was collected using documentary and field methods, employing a researcher-made questionnaire tool. The study included 10 villages in Mashhad and 6 villages in Targaba Shandiz county as samples, with 180 rural households randomly selected to complete the research tool. The structure of social trust was examined using 34 indicators across 3 dimensions: interpersonal trust (11 indicators), generalized trust (10 indicators), and institutional trust (13 indicators). The research tool demonstrated good reliability, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.866.

Findings: The results of the T-Tech test for a sample showed the mean of the social trust structure to be 3.17 on the Likert scale, falling within the average range. Interpersonal trust was rated at 3.47, generalized trust at 3.36 (significantly higher than the theoretical average), and institutional trust at 2.78 (lower than the theoretical average). No significant relationship was observed between social trust and background factors such as age, level of education, and number of family members.

Conclusion: Given that mistrust and lack of participation reinforce each other, maintaining and strengthening social trust should be a priority for policymakers. Recognizing the importance of social trust in rural development, it is necessary to implement measures to enhance social trust, particularly in the institutional dimension, as mistrust can lead to further mistrust.
