One of the important issues from the perspective of passive defense and crisis management is identifying suitable places to camouflage the centers of accommodation and relief for the injured in order to quickly organize the injured. Parks are considered as one of the forms of green space and one of the physical components of cities, which play an important role in cities both in terms of environmental effects and in creating natural landscapes and crisis management. Accordingly, the distribution and distribution of parks in a way that meets the needs of all citizens is of great importance. This research was conducted with the aim of the impact and role of urban parks and gardens in crisis management, a case study of the city of Oshnavieh. This research is of a descriptive-analytical type and is among applied research, according to the nature of the subject and the goals foreseen for it. The statistical population of the city of Oshnavieh is 43,200 people; and the sample size is 380 people based on the Cochran formula. The findings show that the average of the first hypothesis is (3.36) and the average of the second hypothesis is (3.46). The results show that the indicators of access to vital facilities and distance from hazardous facilities and their criteria are more important in finding optimal locations for temporary accommodation of the affected people. Also, the lack of proper distribution of the desired spaces at the regional level and the lack of sufficient open spaces such as parks and urban open spaces for the settlement of the affected people at the regional level.
