This study aims to map the global structure and emerging trends in research on bioclimatic patterns and socio-behavioral drivers, as well as to identify thematic focal points, conceptual clusters, and knowledge gaps an endeavor that has gained fundamental importance in light of intensifying heatwaves, the adverse impacts of urban heat islands on public health, and the pressing need for the adaptive regeneration of dense fabrics. The necessity of this study stems from the fact that existing literature largely suffers from a disconnect between physical-technological solutions and behavioral–health-oriented dimensions, lacking an integrated framework that bridges climate-responsive design, risk perception, social resilience, and citizen well-being. Methodologically, this research is grounded in scientometric analysis and knowledge domain mapping using dataset retrieved from The Lens database and keyword co-occurrence analysis via VOSviewer software. Based on the conceptual network structure, five key clusters were identified: (1) climate change, social resilience, and environmental adaptation; (2) health outcomes, vulnerable populations, and epidemiological analyses; (3) environmental justice, compound pollution, and urban health policymaking; (4) thermal comfort, urban microclimate, and environmental perception; and (5) behavioral patterns, knowledge, attitudes, and user demographic characteristics. The convergence of these five clusters demonstrates that the resilience of dense urban fabrics against thermal stress cannot rely solely on physical and engineering interventions; rather, it demands an integrated, human-centered, and health-oriented paradigm that synergizes socio-behavioral drivers and spatial justice within urban bioclimatic design and policy.
