Earthquakes are one of the most important environmental hazards. Given that there is a high probability of aftershocks after an earthquake, it is important to identify suitable areas for temporary population settlement, for this reason, in this research, the potential areas for temporary accommodation in Sanandaj city have been identified. This research is based on descriptive-analytical methods and in order to achieve the desired goals of 6 parameters (near to the road, near to the open space, near to communication lines, distance from fault lines, slope and height) as well as the integrated model. Ferrari logic and hierarchical analysis (AHP) have been used. The results show that classes with very high and high proportions, about 41% of the urban area of Sanandaj. These areas are suitable for temporary accommodation due to access to open spaces, medical centers and communication routes, as well as lower height and slope. Also, according to the results, the classes with very low proportions and low occupancy are about 31% of the range, which due to high altitude and slope, distance from open spaces, medical centers and communication roads, the necessary fit for temporary accommodation.
