Today, the main concern of organizations is to use more and more human resources as the most important resources of the organization for organizational purposes. One of the most important factors affecting job performance is organizational culture. Thus, experts consider the relationship between organizational culture and organization as the relationship between personality and individual, which has an important role in shaping behavior (individual and organizational). Organizational culture supports personal growth, open communication, collaboration, and the pursuit of personal goals and feelings within projects. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of organizational culture in evaluating the performance of human resources in organizations. The method of data collection in this study was a survey based on a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this research is 1367 employees of the municipality of District 5, which is estimated to be 300 people using Morgan table, and then with SPSS software, the variables and hypotheses of the research are analyzed and described. The results of the study indicate that the adaptation of the individual to the job, job enrichment, job development and interest and loyalty to the organization in the organizational culture is effective in evaluating the performance of human resources in organizations.
