تبیین پیشران‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش فوتبال در استان خوزستان با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین پیشران‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش فوتبال در استان خوزستان است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش تحلیلی‌-‌اکتشافی است. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه، تکنیک دلفی و مطالعات اسنادی‌-کتابخانه‌ای بهره‌گیری شده است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد از میان 35 عامل اصلی تأثیرگذار 20 متغیر به‌عنوان عوامل کلیدی شناخته شده-اند. که این متغیرها بیشترین تأثیرگذاری و کمترین تأثیرپذیری را بر آینده توسعه ورزش فوتبال در استان خوزستان دارند و شامل عوامل وجود سایت‌های مناسب برای هر باشگاه، نظارت بر عملکرد باشگاهها توسط فدراسیون، وجود بخش ارتباط با رادیو و تلویزیون، وجود اراده کافی از سوی نهادهای ذی‌ربط، وجود مدرسه‌های فوتبال مناسب، ارائه قوانین لازم برای برخورد با باشگاه‌های و بازیکنانی، وجود اسپانسرهای متعهد به پرداخت حقوق ، کمک به خصوصی‌سازی فوتبال و کاهش نفوذ دولت، وجود قوانین منسجم در مورد حامیان مالی، کسب درآمد لازم از برگزاری مسابقات، بلیت‌فروشی مناسب، فروش لباس و پرچم باشگاه، کمک به اصل خصوصی‌سازی در فوتبال، وجود کمیته-های استعدادیابی، استفاده از روش‌های جدید برای کشف استعدادهای فوتبال، وجود قراداد میان فدراسیون فوتبال و آموزش و پرورش، وجود قوانین لازم در جهت رعایت چارچوب‌های فرهنگی، وجود مسئول خبری در باشگاهها ، تعامل مناسب با خبرنگاران ، وجود امکانات مناسب ماهوارها برای پوشش مناسب بازی می‌باشند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که با توجه به تأثیرگذاری بالای نقش عوامل اقتصادی، رسانه‌ای و مدیریتی در خصوص توسعه ورزش فوتبال توسط مسئولین ورزش در استان خوزستان، می‌تواند جهات موفقیت و یا شکست شاخص‌های توسعه ورزش فوتبال در استان خوزستان را مشخص نماید.

Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to explain the key drivers effective on the development of football in Khuzestan province.
Method: The current research is applied in terms of its purpose and analytical-exploratory in terms of its nature and method. In order to collect data, questionnaires, Delphi technique and document-library studies were used.
Findings: The research findings showed that among the 35 main influencing factors, 20 variables are known as key factors. that these variables have the most influence and the least influence on the future development of football in Khuzestan province and include the factors of the existence of suitable websites for each club, the supervision of the clubs' performance by the federation, the existence of the communication department with radio and television, the existence of sufficient will from the institutions Relatedly, the existence of suitable football schools, the provision of the necessary laws to deal with clubs and players, the existence of sponsors committed to paying salaries, helping to privatize football and reducing the influence of the government, the existence of coherent laws regarding financial sponsors, earning the necessary income from holding Competitions, Selling proper tickets, selling club uniforms and flags, helping the principle of privatization in football, the existence of talent search committees, the use of new methods to discover football talents, the existence of contracts between the football federation and education, the existence of the necessary rules to comply with the framework cultural factors, the existence of news officers in clubs, proper interaction with reporters, the existence of suitable satellite facilities for proper coverage of the game.
Conclusion: The results showed that due to the high influence of the economic, media and managerial factors in the development of football sport by the sports officials in Khuzestan province,
