Modern rural management is the application of new approaches and techniques to improve management processes and structures in rural areas. These approaches help to solve economic problems, including poverty and unemployment, and improve the living conditions of villagers. The development of industries in villages is known as one of the effective strategies for creating job opportunities and increasing income, and it can help reduce dependence on agriculture and increase economic diversity. This process also improves the infrastructure of transportation, health and education in these areas. However, industrialization in rural areas can be associated with challenges such as environmental degradation and increasing social inequalities. Changes in the social and cultural structure of villages may also lead to new inequalities. In order to achieve sustainable development, it is necessary to apply appropriate policies and correct management in the process of industrialization in order to minimize its negative effects while exploiting the economic benefits. This study uses the applied and descriptive-analytical method, the research information is collected through the documentary method, which includes searching in online scientific databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, the data is qualitatively analyzed and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities And threats related to the economic effects of industries have been identified. The results show that rural industries can help reduce poverty and increase employment, but they face challenges such as financial barriers and infrastructure problems. The experience of successful countries in this field shows that with proper planning and infrastructure improvement, sustainable development of rural industries can be achieved.
