چکیده

با رشد صنعت گردشگری، اهمیت سنجش رضایت گردشگران، به‌مثابة ابزاری برای رشد و ایجاد مزیت رقابتی، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. گردشگران سفرکرده، قابل اعتمادترین منبع اطلاعاتی برای گردشگران بالقوه‌اند و می‌توانند زبان گویای مقصد در وطن خود باشند. در واقع به دلیل این که گردشگران شاهرگ حیاتی مجموعه های گردشگری هستند، تلاش در جهت افزایش سطح رضایت آنان تاثیر بسیاری بر حسن شهرت یک مجموعه و در نتیجه افزایش تعداد مخاطبین آن دارد. گردشگران تجربیات مثبت و منفی خود از مقصد را با دیگران به اشتراک می گذارند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط ساختاری بازدید های قبلی، انگیزه ها، رضایت و قصد بازگشت مجدد گردشگران در شهر تبریز در شهریورماه 1393 صورت پذیرفته است. داده های مورد نیاز برای این تحقیق با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از گردشگران خارجی که در شهریورماه 1393 به شهر تبریز سفر کرده اند و با ابزار پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده است. ماهیت تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می باشد. همچنین از نرم افزارهای SPSS 16 وLisrel 8.5 از روش های مختلف آمار توصیفی و استنباطی برای تجزیه تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق از مدل آلگری و همکاران (2009) استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که بازدید های قبلی بر رضایت و قصد بازگشت مجدد گردشگران تأثیر مثبت و معنا داری دارد. انگیزه ها بر رضایت و قصد بازگشت مجدد گردشگران تأثیر مثبت و معنا داری دارد. و همچنین تأثیر رضایت گردشگران از یک مقصد گردشگری بر قصد بازگشت مجدد گردشگران به آن مقصد گردشگری مثبت و معنا داراست.

چکیده [English]

In recent years, with the growth of tourism industry, the importance of tourist satisfaction assessment has been noticed as a tool for developing competitive advantage. Because those tourists who have visited the destination are the most reliable source of information for potential tourists, satisfied tourists may have a positive word of mouth recommendation. In fact, because tourists are a vital source of tourism collections, Efforts to increase their level of satisfaction have a great influence on the well-known reputation of a single collection and thus an increase in the number of its audience. Tourists share their positive and negative experiences with the destination with others. This study aims to Examining the structural relationships of Previous visits, motivations, satisfaction and tourism intention to return in the city of Tabriz has been done in the September of 2014. The required data for this study with available random sampling method from Foreign tourists that in September 2014 have visited the city of Tabriz and is collected by questionnaire instrument. The nature of the research is from kind descriptive- correlation. As well as, from the Spss 16 and Lisrel 8.5 software’s different methods of descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze data and test hypotheses have been used. In this research, from Alegre etal (2009) model used. Provided results showing that Previous visits on satisfaction and tourism intention to return has a significant and positive impact. motivations on satisfaction and tourism intention to return has a significant and positive impact. As well as the impact of tourist satisfaction on tourism intention to return is positive and significant.
