بررسی عوامل موثر بر افزایش توانمندسازی کارکنان بر اساس اطلاعات جدید(مطالعه موردی ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان های غرب کشور)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائة بررسی عوامل موثر بر افزایش توانمندسازی کارکنان بر اساس اطلاعات جدید(مطالعه موردی ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان های غرب کشور)اجرا گردید.پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته بود که از دو روش کمی و کیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل اساتید برجسته در حوضه مدیریت ورزشی بوده که با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تکنیک اشباع نظری از 25 نفر مصاحبه گرفته شد و در بخش کمی پزوهش جامعه اماری کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور بوده اند که بر اساس امار تعداد انان 800 نفر بوده که از این تعداد بر اساس دول مورگان تعداد 300 نفر به عنوان نمونه مشخص شد.ابزار پژوهش حاضر شامل مصاحبة نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامة محقق ساخته بود. به منظور تحلیل یافتههای پژوهش حاضر از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و همچنین استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای پیالاس استفاده گردید.نتایج حاصل از مدل اندازهگیری حاکی از تأثیر غیرمعنادار زیرساخت فناوری بر توانمندسازی بود. ارزش زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات امروزه برای کسی پوشیده نیست.در نتیحه زیرا زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات با ارائه مبنای مشترک جهت ایجاد کاربردهای تجاری نقش اساسی در عملیاتی کردن سایر عناصر فناوری اطلاعات دارد و همچنین نتایج پژوهش همچنین نشان داد که محیط های با اطلاعات و فناوری بالا بر توانمندسازی تأثیرمعناداری ندارد. نتایج حاصل از مدل اندازهگیری حاکی از تأثیر غیر معنادار در نظامهای اطلاعاتی بر توانمندسازی بود. نتایج حاصل از مدل اندازهگیری حاکی از تأثیر غیر معنادار فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر توانمندسازی بود.

چکیده [English]

The current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the effective factors on increasing the empowerment of employees based on new information (a case study of sports and youth departments in the western provinces of the country).The statistical population in the qualitative part included prominent professors in the field of sports management, who were interviewed by using the purposeful sampling method and the theoretical saturation technique, and in the quantitative part, the statistical population was the employees of the sports and youth departments in the west of the country, based on the statistics Their number is 800 people, of which 300 people were identified as a sample based on Dole Morgan. The tools of the current research included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the findings of the present study, open, axial and selective coding was used, as well as the use of the structural equation method using PLS software. The results of the measurement model indicated the insignificant effect of technology infrastructure on empowerment. The value of information technology infrastructure is not hidden to anyone today. As a result, information technology infrastructure plays a fundamental role in operationalizing other elements of information technology by providing a common basis for creating commercial applications, and the results of the research also showed that environments with high information and technology Empowerment has no meaningful effect. The results of the measurement model indicated a non-significant effect of information systems on empowerment.
