Today, educational spaces are one of the most important urban utilities and they cover a considerable amount of urban space. Considering the activities performed in these spaces, they are of considerable importance to other services of the city. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the location criteria of existing educational centers and to locate new educational centers in high school in Dehdasht city. The research method is descriptive-analytic. For this purpose, we first assessed the existing schools in terms of observance of location criteria, then using the GIS and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) process to locate new educational centers Is. First, according to the criteria for modeling the appropriate sites, the maps of the required criteria for preparation and reclassification were carried out and then weighted by the weighing method of the pair comparison, which is part of the AHP method, weighted and with Using a hierarchical process model (AHP), suitable locations for schools have been proposed. The results of the assessment of Dehdasht educational centers show that on the one hand, the city faces a shortage of educational facilities, and on the other hand, educational users have limited access to and close proximity to sports facilities and green spaces.
